Eddie i'd recommend training up takedown defence, it will also increase your wrestling skill.

Thanks Mark. I'm assuming a higher level of speed will also help. The only way to increase spped is with CT right?

Most effective way is by training CT I believe. Try to get coaching sessions with a max of 3 fighters (including yours), this way your training will be more effective and you should see much faster improvements in your fighters skills.

Eddie; this is my suggestion (in no means do you need follow it) So, to start with the build I would strongly suggest making wrestling wonderful 110 points, useless boxing, useless Thai and whatever is left for points into BJJ. For secondaries: I would put 110 into grappling defense, 110 into takedown defense, 110 into punch tech and whatever is left into clinch. Physicals: 1 into strength, 10 into conditioning, 110 into agility and whatever is left into speed (after you put 1 point into remaining areas). When you train, get your conditioning up to wonderful (as always) then start training grappling defense from wonderful to sensational, which will help get your BJJ up a little higher without doing spar sessions, then I would train your takedown defense from wonderful to sensational, which should get your wrestling pretty close to exceptional. Then you can start training strike defense and I would suggest up to sensational (this will take a while, but it will pop your boxing pretty nicely, once there you can train clinch up to nothing less than wonderful, but maybe exceptional (this will help get your wrestling up more, as well as Thai and boxing). Finish off with training your punch tech up to sensational, this, too will help get your boxing up higher. Once there you can do a lot of CT training to get your agility, speed, flex, balance up (and of course conditioning and strength). As you get the speed, flex and balance up to where they are like Strong/Superb then your conditioning should be around exceptional/sensational and agility maybe too. Don't fight until he's 20/21.. Once you get those above mentioned to those levels; I would say you'd want to do some weight training to boost your strength; sensational strength and conditioning are nice combinations to have! Last thing to do would be mixing some sparring sessions with more clinch, punch tech, strike defense to get those higher ORRRRR you could add some GnP to your game and train that while getting your boxing primary and other primaries up.

The above build started with wonderful-- wrestling and whatever other points were put into Muay Thai. I put 110 into clinch, takedown D and Grappling D... I also put 110 into Conditioning. Agility, Flexibility, speed and strength all were useless (1 point) and Balance had whatever points were left. As you can see training basically just punches and strike defense and 23 spar sessions I was able to get boxing to almost sensational, however I know I was at no less than wonderful without doing spar sessions. Also my Thai is high too, considering I never sparred a session of it and only trained punches, strike defense and 9 clinch sessions.
