Sparring: Will basically be useless from a private gym aspect and more beneficial for the public gyms with large numbers. Now it is not needed to spar with an Elite fighter to get max gains, rather now a useless fighter can train with like a mediocre or whatever the % difference is that was mentioned and still get maximum gains (as if he were training with an Elite boxer). Also, when sparring classes become larger than 5 they will be broken up in groups this wil be done from lowest levels to greatest. So 7 total fighter in a session would be broken up by the first 4 (from lowest to greatest) and then the last 3 fighters (from lowest to greatest). It is no longer an average of all the fighters sparring. That is my quick little bit on that. Oh yeah, it is now wise that "sparbots" actually become fighters and increase their secondaries and physicals and also keep their moral higher, as these will also decrease or increase the gains from sparring with that fighter.
Training: It seems has about the same concept as currently, where the smaller the class size the better, however the main change here is the benefit from training with coaches no longer needs to be Elite coaches. The same % difference is used (as with sparring) to determine max gains, with the addition of classes sizes, of course. So, if you have a fighter that is useless in punch technique and you want to get that up to wonderful, the current quickest way to get there is training with a double elite punch tech coach. NOW, with the new system you can start off training with say a double proficient punch tech coach and get the same increase as if you were training with a double elite punch tech coach. The main thing this is going to do is allow public gyms to be more successful and potentially open even more gyms up that can charge less and make profit still. You can still have private gyms and do 1 on 1 training, there will just be a very very slight decrease in the benefit of 1 on 1 training. The plus side is there will be an increase to the gains from training with a coach that has 2 or 3 other fighters and it will be closer to the gains of training 1 on 1. This can make the use of our (soon to come) alliance private gyms even better... because now it will almost be like getting 1 on 1 training, but more affordable and bigger increases than the current system. In all, the changes are to allow the newer, younger and broke managers/fighters to train and get the same potential benefit early on as if they were getting private gyms type training. Eventually though, they'll have to find a way to pay for better training once their fighters reach those wonderful levels. It will be easier and cheaper to train from useless to strong, superb and up, so you can be competitive and afford elite coaches.
Losing skills: There is a hidden that will determine when your fighter will start to lose skills and at what rate... it could be at age 28 or 38, so there is a chance that it won't take place until you've possibly gotten rid of your fighter. There will still be a small decrease of skills regardless of this hidden, but just because you have elite in something, doesn't mean you'll lose it faster, rather it will depend on either your primary stat or secondary stats. So, if you have a boxer that started with wonderful boxing primary, wonderful punch tech and wonderful strike defense and then you train your fighter up to elite punching, but still have wonderful strike defense and say maybe your boxing primary jumped to exceptional.... the rate at which your strike defense will decrease will be much slower, since your boxing primary is higher, however your punch tech would decrease slightly faster because your boxing primary will be much lower. To slow the rate at which your skills decrease you'll want to first keep the levels of your primary stat and your corresponding secondary stats at about a equally high level (Wonderful boxing= wonderful punch tech/strike defense and Elite boxing= pretty much whatever level you want in punch tech/strike def). There will still be a slow decrease of these at some point, so you'll need to do training session to maintain those skills, just like cardio was/is. The ticker box is something you'll be able to view and will let you know when skills are going to start decreasing, so that you can determine when you need to train something to maintain it. There is a time frame after a fighter that the ticker will be shut off so you don't have to worry about losing skills why having to rest your fighter.

PMs are auto-deleted every 2 weeks and since I found this message pretty helpful, I thought it would be a good idea to make a thread about a new training system, where we can share our knowledge and tips. If you find anything useful or just wanna ask something about it, please post it here, so others may also learn a thing or 2.
