Basically everyone gives up 10% of their quarterly earnings to the alliance we could then collectively decide what to spend it on.

I was thinking about this myself. Would help other members of the alliance create a business and/or could help relatively new MMA Tycoon managers.

One of the managers would keep it, or a fighter or it would be kept in a business. Not 100% sure tbh.

Hmmmmm; I wouldn't be against something like this, however I feel it would be hard to get all managers involved with this, most don't make that much money to boot, if we did something like that I would be more on the idea of a flat rate system. Like between X amount and X amount pays X dollars and then go up in tiers. But, it would be difficult to track how much money managers are actually making to do this... Not sure. If we can make it work, then cool.

Im down people who don't want to participate can leave. Cause they obviously don't want to improve the alliance.

Well, it would be near impossible to tax people on a % base determined by their earnings... However, we could do it based on manager level or something... like 0-200 rating pays $1K, 201-400 pays $2K, 401-500 pays $3K, 501-600 pays 4K and anything over 600 pays $5K a month or something?

Hmm, just read your last mail randy. Wouldn't it be better to instead of doing 12 gyms, merging some close cities and create only 1 gym? Like LA and Las Vegas, NY and Montreal, Helsinki and St Pt. (I think those are all). Training at one city and travelling just to fight in another one is cheap in these cases, and better gyms could be created this way. Of course, this is just my point of view.
Also, count me in this system. When do you expect to start this? I got a serious finances problems right now (for a short while I hope) that my currently balance is at 825, an my company balance is at 5k (however I still have to pay 35k lol). This is because I just bought it, had just 1 event, and spent over 120k in signing bonusses and arenas. I hope to have a nice income now, so maybe after sunday I'll have the cash in hands to start paying.

At this time my main goal is to pay off a 30K loan so I can kill off my nutrition store. Soon as that is taken care of I dont mind paying in Monthly for private gyms. dcm's idea sounds like it could work. If so I would prefer the lesser amount of gyms myself.

Yes, this is the manager hype rating (just like the fighters), the green bar under your wins/losses.... I have a script loaded that gives me the actual rating number value (used for matchups in my org).... I can't remember how to get to the script, it's out there and any of you can use it. The one I have is for firefox, I think there is another one for google chrome.
